CK Financial Coaching was started with a mind towards educating others. Its goal is to start changing the narrative around money and personal finances.

 For many years, basic financial literacy has not been a part of people's lives. Like many other basic life skills that used to be taught in schools, it is not a part of most curriculums. Credit cards and auto loans are being pushed at the public constantly. Most car commercials show monthly payments instead of the full price. College students see multiple credit card company tables set up in student union buildings the first week of classes each semester. Many people see student loans as the only way to afford college.

In the past, I have fallen victim myself to a lot of the marketing and the belief that borrowing money is the only way to function. During the process of breaking away from these beliefs, I have learned methods and processes that help avoid the traps that credit and lack of saving can bring.

For the last 25 years, I have been in Operations and Supply Chain Management. I have worked in the semiconductor, dairy chemical, and RV industries. I graduated from the College of Southern Idaho and Boise State University. In my financial freedom journey, I have participated Financial Peace University and the Ramsey Financial Coach Master Training. Through this training, I have learned to guide and walk alongside others in their journey to financial freedom.

CK Financial Coaching is based in the Twin Falls, ID area. Local workshops and coaching are available along with online coaching and workshops nationwide.
